Business Analyst for First United Bank.  Keisha served J127's Board as Treasurer in 2024 & now serves as President.  Keisha enjoys her  fur baby, Shadow, mentoring J127 residents, and volunteers at FBC - Durant.

Jon Hazell served 37 years teaching science at Durant High School and mentoring students through FCA before stepping into international leadership with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

An Oklahoma Teacher of the Year and national award recipient, he continues to serve in pastoral ministry and community leadership.

He is a founding board member of J127 Ministry and remains active in advancing education and faith-based initiatives locally and globally.

Conner Alford is a professor at Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant, Oklahoma, where he is dedicated to inspiring students through his passion for education and research. His work focuses on fostering critical thinking and practical application within his field. Outside the classroom, he’s a proud father of three and enjoys spending time with his family.

Leah Anne Brooks is a Wealth Advisor and Partner with extensive expertise in financial planning. She serves on the J127 Ministry Board of Directors with a passion to empower young women and strengthen her community. Leah Anne is also active in Rotary, the Wesley Center Foundation, and cherishes her role as wife, mother, and grandmother.

Troy is the pastor of Community Christian Church.  He and his wife, Stacy, adopted six children from foster care.  They see the impact J127 has on the lives of young women who are vulnerable and in need of someone to walk with them.

Amy has been a J127 Board Member for 4 yrs and as a mentor for 5 yrs.  Employed at Leidos, her tenure has been 34 years. Beyond her day job, Amy owns a small business in Durant.  She attends Community Christian Church and serves on their Board of Directors.

Connie is a nonprofit leader with more than fifteen years of experience serving vulnerable women and families. She leads J127 Ministry with a commitment to trauma-informed care, structure, and sustainable independence. Her passion is to offer hope to the vulnerable in the next generation while building strong community partnerships that support lasting change.
